RETURN POLICY

You may return any products, but only if unused and within 14 days of delivery. Returns can be for store credit, exchange, or refund. We apology that no returns will be accepted 14 days after delivery. Therefore, all sales are considered final 14 days after delivery.

For return, please e-mail us at customerservices@sesbellot.com or contact us at 1-800-230-4680 to make sure that your orders are returnable. Please advise us a brief description of the reasons of returning our products. Please also indicate that whether you want to have an exchange or a refund.

We recommend that you ship your returned products to us within 2 days after receiving the confirmation from us that your items are returnable. Please note that the shipping cost is non-refundable for our original shipment as well as your returned shipment to us, unless we make a mistake.

REFUND POLICY

We will notify you of your refund once we have received and processed the returned items. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 days of our receiving your return. Please also note that shipping cost will be refunded only if the return is a result of our errors.

We use USPS (United States Postal Services) as our delivery services. Shipping and Handling cost as following:

Please note that we do not ship on weekends and holidays. All shipment is considered final once we provide you delivery confirmation number. You may logon to www.usps.com to track your shipment.

Currently, our online ordering system provides US shipment only. For international orders and delivery, please contact our customer services at 1-800-230-4680. Shipping and Handling charges vary depending on the ship-to country.

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Currently, our online ordering system only accepts CREDIT CARD PAYMENT (VISA, MasterCard). Your online orders will be processed on the same day as you place the order. You should be able to receive your order within 1-7 business days depending on your location.

If you prefer to order by PERSONAL CHECK or MONEY ORDER, please first contact our customer services at 1-800-230-4680. Please also send us the payment by mail, payable to: Sesbellot USA Corp. Please mark your order number on the payment. We will immediately fulfill your order after receipt of payment.

Tax:

For any orders shipped to a California address, you will be charged 8.25% sales tax. No tax on orders shipped to elsewhere in the U.S. or Canada. These charges, if any, will be itemized and included in the total amount billed in the final step of our online order form. Any local taxes or duties for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
